According to sources close to
The Vigay, the
Freedom2 offices (AKA
ArgoNet Towers) were broken in to last night. After breaking through the glasss in several doors, laptops and some small PCs for use as school Internet servers were taken.
Fortunately they didn't take anything more important - both of TIB's servers are currently in the ArgoNet server broom closet, and facing the robbers as they broke through one of the doors was a load of The Vigay's Acorn kit. Whether this was down to lack of time or just good taste, I'll leave for others to decide.

Seeing as Paul was nearly half an hour late in to work this morning, we're still viewing him as a prime suspect. We'll be keeping an eye on his multiple Ebay accounts over the next few weeks! |

lol - I'm surprised they found anything worth nicking at this place. All the good stuff has already been stolen and stashed in some Foggy hideout in Lavant! |

They were probably beaten back from the server cupboard by the extreme heat coming from it ;) |

This sounds like jealousy. Just because you've set up a dodgy ISP, and I've got more ISP kit in my kitchen than you've got at your hosting facility. Anyway, enjoy the laptops. Conan's was always a bit temperamental. |

I happen to know that's all lies. Your girlfriend made you move all your computers out of the kitchen so you could actually eat. And you're way too lazy to have moved it all back in yet. |

I find it vaguely amusing that The Vigay took the iMac home this weekend, but left the RiscPCs there :) |
